In 1982, Tony Cirianni (Uncle Tony) migrated from the old Italian Neighborhood of Raritan to become the owner of a nightclub and local bar named Aldo's Inn. Tony's vision was to change the nightclub into a First Class Italian Restaurant where friends and family can come together to taste Authentic Italian Cuisine in a family-like atmosphere. After 12 years of owning the nightclub, Tony decided to change the name from Aldo's Inn to Ono Rosa. Why? Because family means everything to Tony Cirianni, so he named the restaurant after his parents Onofrio and Rosa.
